Looks like this alleged thief, Nick Prugo was spotted at least 10 times hanging out with Lindsay Lohan on the set of her film 'Labor Pains' according to TMZ. Nick Prugo was arrested in February 2009 for cocaine possession and was charged last month with a DUI.
This walking party of a person is now under arrest for allegedly burglarizing Lindsay Lohan's home and Audrina Patridge's home.
